At Brussels nobody wanted to confirm to ‘Blic' officially the existence of the draft resolution which according to unofficial information has been prepared by nobody else but the EU diplomacy Chief.

As earlier announced by the British diplomatic sources the EU draft resolution shall be signed by 22 members of the EU which have recognized Kosovo and possibly by all of the 27 members. The ‘Blic' asked if there were ongoing talks between representatives of the EU countries over resolution that would be filed by the Union, however, at Ashton's cabinet they refused to give direct reply whether all 27 countries had accepted the declaration.

‘The EU is ready to make dialog between Belgrade and Pristina easier for the purpose of promoting cooperation, achieving progress in European integration processes and improvement of life of ordinary people', ‘Blic' was told at Catherine Ashton's cabinet.

As ‘Blic' was unofficially told by circles close to Brussels administration, at the moment writing of the EU resolution has been given up and presently there are efforts being made to reach an agreement with Belgrade.

Secretary General of the Foreign Ministry of Cyprus Nicholas Emiliu told the BBC yesterday that the ‘Serbian resolution is being discussed about at the level of ambassadors of the EU countries for the purpose of achieving a mutual stance'.
