Spiric on the UN General Assembly's decision on Kosovo
The president of the BIH Council of Ministers, Nikola Spiric, said that, by confirming independence of Kosovo at its General Assembly, the UN could make a first move towards independence of Republika Srpska and many other states.

That would mean the UN allows the retailoring of borders and thereby a Pandora box of unresolved issues in many crisis regions worldwide would be opened.
He said RS wants the Dayton Peace Agreement to be respected and to evolve, but is against the creation of a unitary state.
