"USA prepares own UN GA draft"
The United States have drafted their own Kosovo resolution to be submitted to the UN General Assembly, writes Belgrade daily Blic.

In it, Washington calls for talks between Belgrade and Pristina, and claims that the status of Kosovo cannot be changed.
Now, the newspaper writes, the United States is unsure whether to submit its resolution to the UN, or to have a "friendly country, such as Albania" do it for them.
Analyst Obrad Kesic, who works for TSM Global Consultants as a senior partner, says that this consideration has to do with the fact that some countries "automatically vote against anything proposed by America".
Still, Washington will first try to convince Serbia to change its own resolution, and remove from it not only the part that says the unilaterally declared independence was unacceptable, but also the sentence that seeks negotiations on all open issues.
Meanwhile, the newspaper's source close to Serbia's top officials rejected any possibility that the draft could suffer drastic changes, "as this would mean we were giving up on our vital interests".
