The Serbian Foreign Minister said that the Serbian representatives had requested the Kosovo Albanians to leave the hall, but that they had refused to do so, reminding that the Kosovo delegation was not invited to enter by the UN member-states.

According to the Jeremic, the dispute was resolved after five countries, the U.S., Germany, Great Britain, Italy and France, invited the representatives of the Kosovo Albanians as guests.

During the session, members of the Kosovo delegation, Hashim Thaci, Skender Hyseni and Fatmir Sejdiu, were seated in the gallery, in seats reserved for guests and observers.
