Quoting sources from 'high in the (Serbian) administration,' the paper said the agenda included 'no surprises' and is focused on practical issues blocked by the diplomatic row over Kosovo's status.

Fuele is scheduled to hold meetings with Serbian President Boris Tadic, Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic and other top officials.

The EU wants Belgrade and Pristina to begin talking about 'cooperation in border protection, customs, trade and economy, transport, telecommunications, care for historical and cultural heritage and the fight against organized crime,' Danas said.
