Dacic: Belgrade-Pristina talks won't be easy
Talks between Belgrade and the Kosovo Albanian side "will not be easy", Serbian Interior Minister and Deputy PM Ivica Dacic says. There will be countries in the European Union that will set recognition of Kosovo as a condition for Serbia's accession in the Union, he said.

"Representatives of the so-called state of Kosovo want to discuss technical issues while Serbia wants to talk about status issues," Dacic told the state broadcaster RTS on Monday.
He was also quoted as saying that Kosovo was of priority for Serbia at present, but that it is not the only problem that has to be solved, underscoring that Serbia was not defeated when it accepted the Serbia-EU compromise Resolution on the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice.
"Had an end been put to the issue of the status of Kosovo with this document Serbia would have been defeated," said Dacic.
