Krasnici: "Kosovo talks maybe in March 2011"
The Belgrade-Pristina dialogue will begin only after the new Kosovo government takes office after the elections, possibly in late March of next year.

This is according to acting Kosovo president Jakup Krasnici.
"The first half of February is optimal time for holding early elections, Krasnici said. By the end of March, Kosovo will have its own institutions and will be able to begin the dialogue with Serbia," he was quoted as saying.
According to the Kosovo Albanian poltician, it would be difficult to begin the dialogue during the political crisis that occurred after Fatmir Sejdiu' resignation.
Krasnici said he will announce the exact date of elections after the visit of US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Wednesday.
After her visit to Belgrade, Clinton will pay a visit Pristina on Wednesday.
