Bogdanovic: "The issue of Serbian property in Kosovo to be resolved through negotiations"
If that does not happen, Serbia will file suits to competent institutions.

He told that, after the rash assignment of competences to Pristina institutions, property was literally seized from its Serb owners, contrary to UN SC Resolution 1244. He said the issue of investments, directed to Kosovo by various Serbian funds should be discussed as well. He assessed Serbia would try to resolve the issue first with EULEX and UNMIK and, if no results are achieved, it will consider other possibilities.
