Ivanovic has assessed that the Kosmet Police Service is not capable of taking over the responsibility for the security of Serb enclaves and monasteries.
He has notified the KFOR Commander that it is very important for the Serb community to maintain the safety of Serb churches and monasteries and that the remaining capacity of the international troops is directed at the protection of Serbs in small and exposed enclaves around the monasteries.
