UN SC session on Kosovo
In his report, Ban greeted the announcements of forthcoming dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina and expressed UN readiness to, in cooperation with the EU, support that process.

Serbia will be represented by Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic. I greet the resolution of the UN General Assembly of 9 September and the EU readiness to facilitate dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina.
The dialogue is expected to open a new phase, assist in the building of trust and resolve issues of significance for the consolidation of peace, stability and reconciliation in Kosovo and in the region, he emphasized.
According to UNHCR, 706 persons, one third of whom are Serbs, have returned to Kosovo in the past three months.
