Kosovo Serbs call to boycott of elections
Delegates of the Assembly of the Association of Kosovo Municipalities called on Kosovo Serbs on Tuesday not to take part in December 12 elections.

The elections are organized by the Kosovo Albanian authorities in Pristina.The delegates believe that Serbs "must not participate in the electoral procedure, because that would imply that they have recognized Kosovo's independence".
At a session held in northern Kosovska Mitrovica, the delegates "condemned the registration of the so-called (United) Serb List for the forthcoming elections", said a statement.
