This is according to Belgrade daily Danas, which writes that the platform is based on the Serbian parliament's resolutions on Kosovo.
Members of the negotiating team have also been chosen, and none of them is a high-profile politician, the daily writes, quoting its government sources.
Ministry for Kosovo State Secretary Oliver Ivanovic stated for the newspaper that the details of the platform will still not be revealed to the public, because that would mean "revealing the cards before the match had started".
Ivanovic also said that it was determined who the leader and members of the team will be, but that their names also cannot be made public at this time.
He added that none of them were either ministers or state secretaries, but that they were also not "independent individuals" - rather, the negotiating team members "belong to the state apparatus in a broader sense of the term", Ivanovic concluded.
