Bogdanovic: "Elections were manipulated"
Serbian Minister for Kosovo Goran Bogdanovic has stated that the turnout of Serbs living south of the Ibar River was not as high as presented by certain parties.

He told that the elections were manipulated with and that the number of Serbs who had approached the voting was twice lower that reported by some political parties.
Bogdanovic has assessed that the elections have shown the Serbian Government was right in not calling upon the Serbs to partake in the elections, because not even minimum of democratic capacities for their realization had been provided.
