Sazonov told a news conference in Moscow on Thursday that Marty's report had been heard around the world, which was "natura," bearing in mind that these were crimes against humanity and that there was suspicion of top Kosovo Albanian official involvement.

We are counting on the Parliamentary Assembly reviewing the document most seriously at its session late in January 2011 and making the necessary decisions, Sazonov said.

The Russian ministry representative pointed out it was obvious that a detailed international investigation into all allegations in the Marty report was necessary.
