Krasniqi described Marty's accusations regarding human organ trafficking in Kosovo as an attempt at concealing Kosovo victims.
In a letter to the Council of Europe and other European institutions, presidents of European countries and their parliament speakers, the acting Kosovo president expressed doubt regarding claims of inhuman treatment of people and illegal sale of organs in Kosovo.
He described Marty's report as absurd, full of fabrications and facts which have not been verified by international judiciary authorities.
"The accusations are aimed at preventing more countries from recognizing Kosovo's independence and at weakening Pristina's position in the expectation of the dialogue with Belgrade," Krasnici said.
