Tadic: "The report of Dick Marty shook the world media scene"
In an interview for the Belgrade-based daily Blic serbian president Boris Tadic said that "Serbia has been ready for weeks to start negotiations about Kosovo"

He also said that Belgrade has "a negotiating team and a platform, while as far as Albanians from Kosovo are concerned, it's obvious they are waiting to form their institutions after elections".
He noted that the future talks would take place at the level of experts, and that there were "no plans to meet with (Hashim) Thaci".
The Kosovo Albanian prime minister and former leader of the KLA was named in the Marty report as one of those responsible for kidnapping Serbs and selling their organs in the black market.
"The report of Dick Marty not only shook the Kosovo political scene, it also shook the world media scene. That same world that grew accustomed to looking at issues in a black-and-while manner, at the expense of Serbs, no got to think about things," believes Tadic.
