Trailer settlement in Gracanica without electricity for six days

The employees of the Kosovo Power Corporation have cut off the electricity without any announcement or warningto Serbs who have been living in the trailer settlement since the Albanian surge of violence in March 2004, while waiting for the reconstruction of their houses.
Spokesperson of the Kosovot Power Corporation Victor Buzolaj has stated the electricity will be reconnected once the users settle their debt to the company. It is the third time in the last three months that the Serbs in this settlement have been left without power supply, despite the subzero temperatures.
