The Pristina-based daily Koha Ditore reported that contacts with Marty have already been established, the daily writes that EULEX has both the capacity and ability to look into the allegations. The investigation has already been launched, and Marty has been invited to cooperate with the mission, said an EU official, who preferred to remain anonymous.

According to the same source, the Council of Europe and EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Katrin Ashton believe that EULEX can carry out such investigation, but they would not hesitate to include even more investigators in the process.
