"The Serbian Army has no institutional cooperation with EULEX"
Serbian Army chief Miloje Miletic said that KFOR is still the top security authority in Kosovo, defined by UN Resolution 1244.

Asked about the military's "cooperation with EULEX", and the possibility that it may take part in the human organ trafficking investigation in Kosovo, Miletic said this was not within the army's jurisdiction.
Miletic also noted that Serbia's military had "exceptionally good cooperation" with the NATO-led forces in the province, but that Belgrade believes "conditions have not been met" for a reduction in the number of international troops there.
