EULEX ready to investigate Marty's allegations
EULEX Head Xavier de Marnhac announced that the appropriate services of the EU Mission are ready to commence the investigation into the allegations outlined in the report of Council of Europe Rapporteur Dick Marty on trafficking in human organs in Kosovo and Albania.

In his letter to Albanian Foreign Minister Edmond Haxhinasto, De Marnhac requested from the authorities in Tirana to provide the EULEX Prosecution Office with all information or evidence that may shed light on claims stated in the Marty report.
EULEX and Albania expressed readiness to cooperate in resolving issues stemming from the report adopted by the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly, said De Marnhac.
