Serb enclave marks 150 days with cut off phones
The Gracanica Health Center emergency services held a "150 seconds protest".

This was to mark the number of days since the Kosovo Albanian authorities cut off telephone service provided by Belgrade-based Telekom, Telenor and Vip operators to the Serb communities south of the Ibar River.
Gracanica is a Serb enclave in central Kosovo.
Four ambulances protested in the village today with their sirens turned on.
Doctor Dejan Milanovic stressed that the cutting off of the signal resulted in one death - when doctors were unable to provide medical aid in time - while the number of field interventions in 2010 was reduced by 50 percent compared to 2009
