Kosovo president elected "unconstitutionally"
The Constitutional Court of Kosovo announced on Monday that the last election of the president was unconstitutional.

The court thereby accepted the arguments of the Democratic League of Kosovo and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo.
The two parties filed the complaint early March asking for the court's opinion.
A series of irregularities were reported during the presidential election, one of them being that current President Behgjet Isa Pacolli was elected according to the regulations of the UN Mission in Kosovo.
