The talks between Belgrade and Pristina, headed by Political Director with the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Borko Stefanovic and Kosovo's Deputy Prime Minister Edita Tahiri, are talking place under the auspices of the EU.
Two rounds of talks have been held to date, on March 8 and 28.
So far, the two teams have discussed land registry books, birth and death certificate registries, telecommunications, the presidency of CEFTA, the appearance of the customs seal and electric energy.
Head of Serbia's negotiating team Borko Stefanovic told that the Friday round of the talks might open the issue of freedom of movement.
According to Stefanovic, freedom of movement is a very difficult and complex issue since it covers matters of license plates, personal IDs, passports and drivers licenses.
"These issues would certainly be discussed, we will present our stands and we have already prepared propositions that protect Serbia's sovereignty. We will stick to this principle," Stefanovic said.
He expressed expectation that the forthcoming continuation of the dialogue would cover all matters previously discussed during the two rounds of talks held so far, and added that he hopes some of these issues would be closed and certain problems solved this time.
"We are ready, we have with us some new propositions and we hope for success," Stefanovic said.
