"Progress made at every meeting"
Head of Serbia's negotiating team Borislav Stefanovic said upon his return from a plenary meeting in Brussels that some progress was made at every meeting.

"These steps are really small and we should not expect to arrive at solutions quickly, even though we have concrete proposals, concrete solutions for each topic," he told and added that this was also the case at Friday's plenary which focused on freedom of movement.
"The Serbian side presented a detailed proposal which regulates freedom of movement and which is fully in line with European standards, even ahead of them," Stefanovic pointed out, adding that the proposals were concrete and would allow people to move normally and maintain communication in Kosovo.
The head of the Belgrade negotiating team said that the Serbian team would continue to offer new proposals which "preserve our sovereignty and are in accordance with European practice."
It was announced in Brussels late on Friday that freedom of movement was the central topic of the meeting between Belgrade and Pristina, which also referred to other important issues such as identity cards, passports, car insurance, driver's licenses and license plates.
