"There must be an investigation into human organ trafficking"
President of the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly Mevlut Cavusoglu said that the resolution on human organs trafficking in Kosovo will not remain a dead letter, that the investigation will be conducted and that it must commence as soon as possible.

Cavusoglu stated that no one opposes the investigation and that the only open question is who is going to conduct it.
There are countries that have suggested a UN-led investigation, and there are those who believe that should be done by EULEX.
As a Parliamentary Assembly, we said that it should be done by 'competent authorities", said Cavusoglu.
In his view, it seems the agreement will be reached that it be EULEX. The leading countries such as the U.S., UK, Germany, and France oppose the UN-led investigation, reminded Cavusoglu.
