Contacts between Dick Marty and EULEX
Officials of EULEX have met with Council of Europe Rapporteur Dick Marty and his team, in order to get the evidence on the claims about the trafficking in human organs.

They have opened contacts with Marty in order to enable the continuation of the preliminary investigation, ran by EULEX.
The investigation on Marty's claims, whose report mentions KLA leaders, including current Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci, is ordered by the resolution adopted at the session of the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly, earlier this year.
EULEX has not specified where did their officials meet with Marty, but they have stressed their competence for the investigation of the human organs trafficking, and that they do have a witness protection program.
