Radenko Nedeljkovic, head of the Kosovska Mitrovica County, said the Serbs would not jeopardize their safety by dismantling the roadblocks in Leposavic and Zupce, and that this constitutes the fulfillment of a deal between the Serbian government and KFOR.

However, Kosovska Mitrovica Mayor Krstimir Pantic said Serbs would remain at the Rudare barricades until their demands are met and the situation at the Brnjak and Jarinje administrative crossings is returned to that of before July 25, when Pristina decided to assume control over the crossings.
