Serbs in the village of Banov Do in northern Kosovo this morning stopped a KFOR convoy because it included two EULEX vehicles.

The agreement on passage of the KFOR unit was reached by Zvecan Mayor Dobrosav Dobric and the KFOR commander for north ernKosovo, after which the vehicles were let through towards the Jarinje administrative crossing.

The traffic on the Zvecan-Zubin Potok section is now normalized, and Dobric told that Serbs received assurances that customs workers of the Kosovo Albanian authorities in Priština "will not be transferred by KFOR and EULEX vehicles".

"They claimed that they were not transporting Kosovo customs officers and that this was not the case with this convoy, people made sure that this was true and decided to let through the vehicles after KFOR made their promise," Dobric said.
