Vulin scheduled the talks in Kosovska Mitrovica with representatives of the Serbs residing in the northern part of the province.
After the tour of Prizren, Vulin stopped his visit to the south of Kosovo, which he started on Thursday by visiting the villages of Osojane, Zac, Gorazdevac, Strpce and the Patriarchate of Pec, which he should have continued by meeting the citizens in the municipality of Gora.
From Prizren, Vulin headed for the north of Kosovo, instead of going to Gora, where he should have met with representatives of local Serbs.
On behalf of the Serbian government, Vulin strongly condemned the incident in the northern part of Kosovo, and called on the international community to take all measures to bring perpetrators to justice
