Ljajic: Talks to table helpers, organ trafficking

Ljajic said for Belgrade TV that the investigation into the network of helpers of the ICTY fugitives will be tabled in the talks between the Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor's Office and Brammertz, who is to arrive in Belgrade on Tuesday.
"This is Serbia's internal issue, and we have to carry out the investigation to the end for ourselves," Ljajic said, adding that this can in no way affect the assessment of Serbia's full cooperation with the ICTY.
Ljajic added that the Serbian officials will confer with Brammertz on investigation into the human organ trafficking in Kosovo.
"It is certain that we will raise the topic," Ljajic said, stressing that we have no right to remain silent before the fact that serious crimes have been committed.
"What is more, the topic of human organ trafficking was first launched by the ICTY during the tenure of Carla Del Ponte," he said.
Apart from Ljajic, the chief prosecutor will also confer with Prime Minister Ivica Dacic, First Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic, War Crimes Prosecutor Vladimir Vukcevic, and representatives of security services.
