Lunacek: Talks to table north, no Kosovo partition
North Kosovo will be the topic of the EU-mediated talks between Belgrade and Pristina, while the partition of Kosovo is ruled out as an option, European Parliament (EP) Rapporteur for Kosovo Ulrike Lunacek has said.
