According to Vulin, Serbia already has a view regarding the talks with Kosovo and has taken an active stand.
Serbia was the first to call for political negotiations on the highest level and waited for the Albanian side to accept it and realize that the end of monitored independence did not essentially change anything, Vulin stated.
The decision to end monitored independence was a tragic mistake by the international community, which is a part of everything that happens in Kosovo, he noted.
The opening of the Kosovo office stand at the fair, where 45 publishers from Kosovo are presented, is also a political message stating that Serbia will be united in defending Kosovo.
