Meeting between Dacic and Taci important for talks
Chairman of the Serbian parliament committee for EU integration Milica Delevic said on Monday the platform for the talks between Belgrade and Pristina was being defined, and that the meeting between the prime ministers of Kosovo and Serbia helped normalize relations and was an important step that would start the negotiations.

"The meeting between Dacic and Taci helps normalizations and the Serbian government expects a broad consensus on the dialogue with Pristina, she stated, adding it had not been fully defined yet how Serbia interest in Kosovo would be legitimately protected.
It is important to continue the reforms as part of EU integration, especially in the judiciary, but also in combating corrutption, implementing the central bank's autonomy, which means changing the law on the central bank.
According to Delevic Serbia would be in less of a danger of a reintroduction of visas if all minorities received appropriate protection and social care, which would prevent the flow of fake asylum seekers from Serbia to Europe.
She commented on recent surveys that showed a drop in enthusiasm for EU integration, saying that the people of Serbia were less idealist, indicated by the data that less than 50 percent wanted to join the EU.
"The government has to acknowledge that fact, but also the EU, which should provide a stimulating environment on its part," Delevic noted.
