Her spokesman Arber Vlahiu told Pristina daily that she was prepared to meet with anyone at any time and any place in order to represent the interests of Kosovo.

In the past, Serbian presidents have boycotted top-level meetings when the president of Kosovo was in attendance.

The paper also reported a statement issued by Nikolic's office that the president would make a decision about attending the summit after he received an invitation from Montenegrin President Filip Vujanovic.

Vujanovic announced earlier he would invite President Nikolic to the meeting of heads of state which will bring together the presidents of Montenegro, Albania, Macedonia and Kosovo.
