On Sunday, Director of the Office of Kosovo and Metohija Aleksandar Vulin strongly condemned the arrest of Ivan Radulovic, a worker from the Kosovska Mitrovica District, at the administrative crossing Jarinje, and called on EULEX to respect the limits of its mandate.
