Thousands of Kosovo Serbs left without license plates
Serbs from the Kosovsko Pomoravlje District cannot drive their cars as of today because they do not have Kosovo license plates.

Kosovo police officers were pulling over vehicles without the plates on Wednesday, warning the drivers that they would no longer be able to use their cars.
Several thousands of Serbs from the Kosovsko Pomoravlje District applied for KS license plates in June but they still have not received them.
They have been driving without the license plates until today, but they were only alowed to drive in the Kosovsko Pomoravlje District.
The Serbs say that they have not been informed when they will be given their new plates.
According to them, they all have Kosovo drivers' licenses.
The change of license plates and drivers' licenses is envisaged by the agreement on the freedom of movement reached by Belgrade and Pristina in Brussels.
Serbian license plates with initials of towns in Kosovo cannot be used in Kosovo as of June 1.
According to unofficial information, almost 7,000 citizens still have not been given the new license plates.
