EULEX spokesperson Irina Gudeljevic said Monday that EULEX was preparing details for the implementation of the agreement between Belgrade and Pristina on integrated management of the administrative crossings.

Gudeljevic told the press that details concerning the "integrated border management" (IBM) of the four crossing points were being prepared and should be known by December 10.

Two pilot integrated management projects will be carried out at the Jarinje and Merdare administrative crossings based on the agreement.

Serbia insists on EULEX having the executive function, or on the law mission in Kosovo to be the only one to control the administrative crossings between central Serbia and the southern province.

Belgrade's lead negotiator in the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue Dejan Pavicevic told earlier that Serbia would insist during the dialogue on EULEX being the only body to exert the control of persons and goods both "physically and factually."
