The European Parliament (EP) has urged the European Union (EU), in the draft resolution which is to be discussed on Monday, to continue with the preparations for the signing of the Stabilization and Association Agreement with Kosovo, although there is no consensus on the recognition of Kosovo's independence within the EU.
