Vucic: Kosovo platform to be finalized soon
The platform for Kosovo will be finished soon, Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic has said.

Asked by a reporter late on Monday when he would see the platform, he said soon.
Responding to questions regarding the implementation of the agreement on the so-called integrated border management (IBM), which should start on December 10, Vucic said late on Monday that it was a long-term process, not because someone was procrastinating, but rather because the process was not an easy or simple one.
He pointed out that such processes could not be tied to a specific date.
"It does not work that way with dates, it is a complicated agenda and there are a million things that are implemented in various ways," Vucic, who is also the leader of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), said on the eve of the meeting of his party main board.
Asked about the continuation of the talks in Brussels, Vucic said that it was one of Serbia's obligations.
