Serbian Prime Minister has announced that the Serbs from Kosovo will be included in the negotiating teams and expert groups, and that they will be directly involved in the work on debatable issues, such as customs and license plates.

"There is no reason for protests or disputes of any kind. Based on talks and conclusions reached with the representatives of Serbs from northern Kosovo, I sought guarantees in Brussels. Their requests have been fulfilled and there is no reason for any opposition. I advise them to trust the Serbian government and those who negotiate."
We agreed at the meeting that joint management will be implemented on four crossings - Jarinje, Brnjak, Merdare and Konculj - and this will take effect by December 31, Dacic said.
"We reached an agreement late Tuesday that the issues on which there is still no agreement will not be implemented until an agreement is reached. This practically means that there will be no change at the crossings in northern Kosovo. Customs duties will not be charged and there will be no problems with license plates," he said.
Dacic pointed out that Serbia would suspend the agreement immediately if Pristina started to implement it in a different manner.
The prime minister pointed out that the EU is the guarantor for this.
"All this was agreed in the presence of Catherine Ashton. I believe that Hasim Taci and I have built a responsible relationship in this dialogue, and so far there has been no mutual deception, or cheating that we promised something and did not realize it. Therefore I believe that this will continue to be the case."
Dacic also announced that the talks on the joint management of administrative crossings will continue after New Year's holidays, on January 10, at the level of working groups.
"An agreement on the customs should be reached, as well as on other issues related to this topic," Dacic said.
