What we have seen between Serbia and Kosovo is excellent progress and we can only encourage all sides and participants to stay on the same course. We think it is absolutely necessary that everyone understand that from the EU's perspective there are absolutely no doubts as to territorial integrity, Westerwelle said to Tanjug's question whether Serbia could expect the Council of the EU to set a date for accession talks.
Westerwelle is taking part in a two-day meeting of EU foreign ministers, who will adopt conclusions on a number of issues, including the future of Serbia's integration.
