In an interview to the Pristina-based daily Koha Ditore, Ashton said that the first meeting in Brussels in 2013 will deal with the progress made in the implementation of agreements reached so far, especially the integrated management of crossings
(IBM).
She said that the partition of Kosovo is not an option, estimating that the situation in the northern part of the province is vulnerable.
Ashton did not want to comment on the possibility that Ramus Haradinaj could become Kosovo's prime minister, and the impact such a development might have on further talks.
All I expect from Belgrade and Pristina is to remain firmly committed to the dialogue, she said.
