Vulin: Int community must react to threats of war

Aleksandar Vulin, the head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo, on Wednesday urged the international community to communicate to Pristina that there were too many threats of war, and underlined the Serbian side would exercise restraint and do everything to prevent incidents in southern Serbia.
