New round of Belgrade-Pristina technical dialogue

A new round of the Belgrade-Pristina technical dialogue at the expert level will kick off in Brussels on Tuesday, tabling the issues of electricity and telecommunications.

Dejan Pavicevic, head of Belgrade's negotiating team who was appointed liaison officer in Pristina by the Serbian government on Monday, told Tanjug that the new round of talks will focus on the technical engagement of the liaison officers in Belgrade and Pristina, and the next topics of the dialogue - telecommunications and energy.
"Electricity and telecommunications are the topics that have been mentioned since the beginning of the dialogue, and we are yet to see if we can finds solutions," he said.

The expert teams of Belgrade and Pristina will confer in Brussels on Tuesday ahead of a new round of the dialogue between Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic and Kosovo official Hasim Taci scheduled for February 22 in the office of EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton.
