Dacic: Topic of new talks - parallel institutions
Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic has said he is absolutely ready for the resumption of the talks between Belgrade and Pristina on February 19 and 20, where the topic will be “parallel institutions.”

"Only negotiations and agreements can ease the tension. The topic of the new talks is 'parallel institutions'. The goal is to find a way to unlock them and make them acceptable for both Pristina and the Serbs who live throughout Kosovo," Dacic told Belgrade-based Vecernje Novosti.
"The issue of institutions in northern Kosovo-Metohija is vital and our policy is based on the relevant platform and resolution of the Serbian parliament. We did not draft the documents to slow down the talks, but to provide answers to the questions raised," Dacic said.
