"We formed today a working group out of ministry officials, the national agency for electronic communications and Telekom Srbija in an effort to harmonize what we have agreed and what will be our side's offer," he told Tanjug.

Experts from areas that are important for the talks will also be included, he added.
The head of the group will be a state secretary for telecommunications, and experts in international law will be involved as well, he noted.

There have been two rounds of technical negotiations when it comes to telecommunications, and the political views of the two sides have been very different, he stated. Four topics for discussion have been set and they are: the calling code, mobile phone service, status of the landline service and issues regarding radio frequencies, he said.
