Top officials to meet with north Kosovo Serbs on Thursday
Serbia's top government officials will meet with representatives of local self-governments from northern Kosovo on Thursday, The press learnt from sources close to top government.

The meeting in the Presidency building should be attended by Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic, Prime Minister Ivica Dacic, First Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic, Director of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo Aleksandar Vulin and president's advisor and one of the leaders of the team for negotiations with Pristina Marko Djuric.
Djuric stated on Tuesday that Serbia's top officials will stage a series of consultations with representatives of Serbs from the north and the south of Kosovo in the next few days and voice a clear stand on the participation in the local elections in Kosovo.
He specified that the top government will voice its official stand after considering the overall situation and gathering immediate information in the field.
“It is very important for us to send a unified message and for all the citizens to know Serbia's stand concerning the participation in the elections, Djuric said and added that after the talks with the representatives of Serbs in Kosovo, the government will release a uniform stand followed by a call for participation in the elections.
Dacic, Vulin and Djuric backed the participation of all parties on the single list in the elections scheduled for November 3.
