EULEX: No secret indictments in Kosovo courts
There are no secret or sealed indictments in Kosovo courts, EULEX has said.
Secrete indictments do not exist since they have no legal basis, EULEX spokesperson Irina Gudeljevic told The press, stressing that warrants can be issued during the process of pressing charges or after raising the indictment in line with the Kosovo laws.

Gudeljevic said that EULEX prosecutors are currently working on 94 war crimes cases in Kosovo, and that so far 28 rulings have been passed.
In the last few days, four Serbs have been arrested in north Kosovo which triggered a blockage of the Pristina-Raska magistrate road near Zvecan where citizens parked trucks across both lanes.
Aleksandar Vulin, head of the Serbian government office for Kosovo, told Tanjug earlier that Serbia is concerned over the possible existence of secret indictments for war crimes in Kosovo and lists it does not have access to.
Serbia has not and will not obstruct investigations into war crimes, regardless of the nationality of the suspects and the victims, Vulin pointed out.
“But the existence of secret indictments is not something that can improve the situation in Kosovo,” Vulin said.
Serbia wants the international community to reveal all the indictments and potential lists so that everyone could live normally, Vulin siad.
