"We were reminded of the fact that the elections would be held with or without us," Dragisa Milovic, the President of the Zvecan municipality, said tonight to BETA.Milovic added that in the coming days they would present deputies of the Assembly with all their fears and anxieties, after which it will be up to the people to decide whether to vote on elections organized by Pristina 3rd of November. "What we discussed today lows deputies - representatives of the people, their lows and all our anxieties and fears of a people to decide whether to vote or not," he predicted. "The deputies - representatives of the people will be notified on what we discussed todayas well as our, anxieties and fears and it is up to people to decide whether to vote or not," he said. According to him, we need a few more days for Municipal Assemblies to take an opinion about the election. "It takes a few days more to bring it to the public and in assemblies and each will decide whether or not to accept elections, especially if on the ballot it is written the Republic of Kosovo," Milovic predicted.
