The Office stated that on Sunday, the Kosovo police detained Serb citizen Zivoje Balosevic employed in the Vitina municipal administration which operates as part of the system of municipalities within the Republic of Serbia. The reason of Balosevic's detention is not known, but it is not hard to deduce this to be another case of imputation, intimidation and abuse of Serbs which is carried out on a daily basis, the Office said in a release. The release states that candidate for Klokot mayor Srecko Spasic of the electoral list Citizens' Initiative Srpska was detained on Saturday. Spasic was recently attacked and the attacker has not been identified and brought to justice to this day, the release states.
